at-least a month prior to the commencement of the
respective course either personally or by the major
superiors for their own members. The application form
can be sent by regular post or via e-mail. Payments

Founders
Day of Franciscan Sisters of St. Aloysius
Gonzaga (FSAG)
Shanthi
Sadhana – Franciscan Institute of
Spirituality in India – FISI celebrated the
founders day of Franciscan Sisters of St.
Aloysius Gonzaga (FSAG) on the 03rd of
November 2020. The founder of Franciscan
Sisters of St. Aloysius Gonzaga Rev. Fr.
Michael Ansaldo started an orphanage in
Shepherd Street on 1775 and dedicated it to
the protection of St. Aloysious Gonzaga.
They dressed themselves in white sarees as
the mark of their dedication to this special
type of service. By their dedicated service
many were joined with them and slowly they
grew up as pious association and continued
their ministry. There was a solemn Mass
presided over by Fr. Maxim Nazereth along
with Other fathers, the choir and the
liturty was conducted by FSAG sisters and
others sisters sang the wishing song in the
dining hall. We wish Happy Founders Day to
FSAG sisters.
